I will come in DR for Holidays. Which is the best SIM Card to buy? Not interested in Internet Package , only local calls and if possible International calls. Thanks .

I have Orange and Viva and thinking of changing one to Claro because reception in my villa is poor. My advice would be to ask the place where you are staying to see which gives the best reception. I would also have Skype and Whats app on my phone and get those I will regularly call back home to do the same.
