Hi,

We are considering moving to Cap Haitien for a 2-3 year stay. I'm seeking general information such as how life is there.

We have lived in Africa before so what little we have found about Cap Haitien doesn't sound too different.

I want to know primarly about safety, activities expats, is there a super market?

Cap-Haitian is way better then Africa. Very safe, nice hotel, nightclub and restaurant. Attraction area like Labadie, Citadel etc. Actually I have a property for rent in Cap-Haitian.
