Exploring the Possibility of Afghanistan as my next assignment

I am a high desert farmer and Mechanical & Welding engineer, currently working in Thailand for the past four years.

My niche in Thailand has become efficient irrigation,
as a natural extension from fish farming.
The importance of water and energy efficiency isn't understood, as life is too easy.
Water falls from the sky six months of the year, and the other six months are dry, so just wait til rains start.

In Afghanistan irrigation is much more important, so I anticipate a greater usefulness.

My experience in livestock, farming, fish, and bulk feeds nicely complements my farm and engineer skills.

I joined this forum as a means of exploring the open positions.
