Hi, I noticed that no one replied. When I was in Algiers, the area that I stayed in and the driving we did around the city seemed to me would make it very difficult to do any sort of cycling. Maybe more of an off-road mountain biking type (?). My husband said that there are locals (or we assume they are locals) that try to cycle and they do it on the highway as that is really the only good road. I would be very careful and definitely wear a helmet. I did not see any organized groups riding. You may just have to start riding and see if you see others (?) Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Yes. There's a cycling group that train near Stade 5 Juillet in Cheraga, Algiers, (Near the s tadium parking lot). I don't know when exactly but I saw them doing laps on Tuesday at 2 PM
