Hi there,
Housing is very expensive in Luanda/Angola. There are international schools here but likewise very pricey. If you send some more details I can better respond to your very general question, i.e. how long are you planning to be here, what city, family size, children's age, lwho is your sponsor - oil co, NGO, consultant, medical, etc - your minimum standards for housing, etc. etc.!

P.S. The US Embassy consular section is also a very good source for info. contact luandaconsular@yahoo.com
