they have pretty good overall background info.
what i learnt from my embassy (call your own!) is that life is very expensive. everything is imported and costs! 100$ will not fill half a (smallish) shopping cart at your friendly luanda supermarket!
check hardship allowances etc. angola qualifies for highest scale next to afghanistan and so..
