To give you a vague idea of values for a married couple the cost should be around $ 800 and $1000 (that is argentine pesos), that would be the equivalent of u$s 300/400. My suggestion would be to determine precisely your needs and according to that check out some " obras sociales o prepagas", that would better fit all of the necessities. We just finished getting an insurance plan that has no copago (copayment) and is no deductibles. The cost for us as a married couple was 516 pesos or less than 200 us dollars. We will need to wait two months only before I can get pregnant and once the baby is born the monthly insurance will increase to just about 200 dollars.
