Hello, I've been pursuing information on various ex-pat sites and am pleased to see people already established there help out those of us who are planning moves. I'm looking for folks working and living in Cordoba. I will move there with my son in May 2006 and find work in ESL (I imagine). I'm interested in getting leads on childcare before we arrive as well as institutions, schools, and students interested in a qualified teacher. It would sure ease my mind to know I have some work awaiting me. I'm fluent in the language and have lived (but not worked) in the country in the past, albeit without any dependents. Let me know your thoughts and feelings on life as an ex-pat in this city!

Córdoba is a big university town. I've never been there, but I would imagine the college's offices would have a long list of students, grad students, and faculty who might wish to cupplement their income with childcare duties.

Just a thought. Good luck!
