Dear Expats
We'll be in San Rafael in April/May to recce the possibility of buying a property and moving to the area. I'd love to meet people who have done the same to find out how you did it, what the pitfalls were (are) and any other information that you wish to share.
I promise not to take up too much of your time.
Kind regards
Esther

I bought a finca in september. Thru the architect I hired a caretaker as a favor because he needed a job. I kive in Singapore. I bought him a car plus paid a lot of expenses way beyond the norm. I had to let him go because he was not working and I did not trust him. He had a contract that he had to give the car back or buy it back when and if his job ended for any reasons. Not only he is stealing the car but he has the labor department after me because I am holding two weeks pay for time he has not worked. THAT is Argentina. do not trust anyone.

I am interested in moving to San Rafael as well. Are there any great deals on 200 plus acres of raw land near San Raf. My email is carbon@mutemail.com
