Hola - I am currently working in AR and am in need of a US notary to notarize a Power of Attorney for my wife buying a home in the US. The emabassy seems very restrictive in availing themselves for this service - 1/2 hour a day and schedule 2 weeks in advance - gotta be a US notary working here that would do it sooner - any out there. I can drive to Bs. As. or anywhere within 2 to 3 hours of Rosario.
Regards - Alan

Alan,
I've had to notarize a few things in Cordoba for my lawyer back in the US and he has let me use a local escribania to do it. If the normal certification of a signature that the scribania can do for you is not enough, you can ask them to help you get an apostile certification which should be valid, but it may cost you a little more.

Hello, I would like to know if someone knows a US notary in Buenos Aires or Rosario. The appointments in the US Embassy are full...and I need to send some documentation to US before november 1st.
Thank you, Katia
