Hi my name is Alba and I'm a executive Chef here in California and I'm completely burned out. I just gave my two week notice at my job and i'm ready to eat and cook real meat and wine. I have questions about the process of moving to argentina. I would liket o re invent myself and de-program I"m from El Salvador and a resident of the USA. I speak spanish, french and english.

Hey! We just did that in Feb. I highly recommend it! We headed for Chile because after study we thought the infrastructure and opportunities were better here. People here like Ag appreciate good wine,food and music and each other...ahh! Immigration is very straightforward and can be done after you arrive on a tourist visa. (We appreciated that a great deal.)

I'd love to hear what you do and where you wind up. Keep in touch.

BTW I am writing a book; "I Don't Know Where I Want to Be-But It's Not Here!' about choosing a new home & starting a new life.
