cellular spamming?

any advice on which cellular companies dont get hit with random text spam? I have had a real problem in the past with pre-paid phones and would like to avoid it.

Hi Mike!
I had some problems with movistar. They would send a lot unsolicited promotional text messages until I called and opted out. Never received any other text from them or any other third-party for that matter.
