Buenos Aires Apartments

Post New Topic

Hi everyone. I am moving to Buenos Aires in January. I am a single writer looking for a nice, affordable, upscale apartment with wi-fi or high speed internet. I have looked online at places in Recoleta and in Palermo Soho. Can you suggest any clean, modern affordable apartments to rent for 3 months (89 days per stint actually). Thanks.

JA

writerchick01,

My wife and I have lived in mendoza for two years and know BA reasonably well having ented an apartment in San Telmo for three months.

Palermo, Palermo Soho, or Palermo Hollywood are all great areas and for the younger set.

Recoleta is nice but for the mature, staid set.

Your question is difficult to answer when you don't define what is "affordable"?

US$500 a month, US$750 a month or even US$1,000 a month.

If you are more specific you can save everyone a lot of guesswork and time.

Sincerely,

Tom and Yvonne

JA - it's not clear what you're asking of the forum. Are you asking us to let you know if we know of specific apartments for rent? Occasionally I hear of things but I know for myself and probably anyone else who reads this, it's difficult to even tell you about something because we don't know what location you're interested in or how much you're planning to pay. It would be helpful to amend your original message or add another with further details.
