July is in the dead of winter in Mendoza so you should have a decent chance of finding a place to stay, as the tourist season is over.

However, 4 to 5 months is neither a short term rental, e.g. up to 90 days, or a long term rental, 12 months+.

What price range are you looking for and what amenities, e.g. number of bathrooms, bedrooms etc. and do you need it furnished?
