First visit to San Rafael

Hello All, my wife and I will be making our first vist to San Rafael this week. We have began researching and are considering buying a finca. Probably fruit trees and possibly plant enough grape vines for personal consumption and to share bottles with friends here in the US. We WILL NOT be buying this trip as we feel prices will get a little better after the elections and into the new year. Can anyone give any advice on particular areas? We are considering fallow land or a neglected orchard since we will not be moving down for about 3 years

My wife and I have lived in Mendoza and San Rafael for four years. We have a 108-acre vineyard project in San Rafael and I will tell you more about it and San Rafael tomorrow.

Im sorry this took so long, we went down on the 8th, we were so busy we took the laptop but I never got on it. We looked at several farms but I would love to speak with you if you have time
