Hi guys, I am looking for a partner in Argentina who can help me with regular import of goods from EU or China. I am well aware of how hard is that in Argentina and that customs are corrupted and I am ready to try it. Please if somebody has any experience with import as Importer of records or just customs brokerage to write me on a personal message or to contact me on Skype: Stomata85

Stomata85,
Maybe you should also consider shipping your goods to Chile or Uruguay and then importing from there to Argentina.
I buy French oak barrels for my vineyard to make wine and they cannot come directly into Argentina, they first go through Chile. The new Presidente Macri may change this. I hope so.

Thanks Tom, I have goods in Uruguay, but I still need an importer in Argentina since I have no entity there. I found a lot of companies offering that - Freight forwarders, but no one answered me till now. Please suggest someone if you know such companies.

Very few companies in Argentina answer emails.
Answering an email means assuming responsibility, which only the few select Argentines will do voluntarily.
For the same reason do not trust any agreements made on the phone.
Try to send them a paper letter or - better, but difficult - find a trustworthy representative in Argentina.

I was wondering the same as far as exporting goods. I make hand made hookahs, and pots and what not and want to know how exporting works in Argentina, but I see that I will have to go out of the country to do so.
