Work Sponsor in Oz - Advice

I am a 24 year old recent MBA grad who is moving to Australia in February, 2010. Without any substantial "full-time" work experience (only consulting & intern experience), I realize that a Skilled Migration Visa is not an option and that without a sponsor so is the Work Permit...Therefore, I am planning on going over on a Work Holiday Visa and finding a sponsor “in-country.”

Do you have any advice on locating companies that will sponsor visas?
How difficult will it be for someone with my background to get a sponsor?

Hi!
How is your situation right now? Could you find a sponsor? I´m asking because I´m in a similar position with not that much work experience and were thinking about the best way for getting the visa for a permanent residence.
