moving to Darwin

Hello,
I am planning to move to Australia and Darwin is one of our destination city.

Please help any information about living cost, job prospective and the culture of the city.

I am in Supply Chain and currently live in Singapore where I spent past 14 years in Georgia.

Darwin is a clean, peaceful city. The weather is good . The cost of living is quite high but if you have a good job everything will be fine. Darwin is a multi-cultural city so you can just imagine the blending of each culture into one. Pretty interesting though.

Thank you for your kind response and information.
I really appreciate it.

I have read some information on web about the best area to live and the cost of rent as well the others bill such utility, water, insurance, etc, but they are very different variety from one source compared to others. Please advise and appreciate for any suggestion.
