Associate Professor Peter Verhezen is the Managing Director of Verhezen & Associates Ltd, a management consultancy firm that specialises in board consulting, integrated risk management, and corporate governance for Asian emerging markets and Australia. Currently, he is collaborating with the International Finance Corporation as a Senior Advisor addressing corporate governance issues in the Asia Pacific region.
