Help! ambulance service fee

Hi all,

My son was 3, and had temp of 40.3 for long time, vomiting and shaking shivering even I gave paracetamol to him. I was nervous and called ambulance and he was transported to hospital.

I revived an invoice from SA ambulance service which showed that he was transported to the WCH.

I sent this to Allianz. First they requested me answering few questions related to the case. They refused to pay the invoice because he did not received emergency treatment in hospital. They argued that I did not say he was transported to hospital for further treatment - which I actually didn't write it down when I answered the questions because I assumed that going to hospital means you have to have something for treatment, that's my mistake.

Anyway, I still flighted for that, then they requested addition information that my son was received emergency treatment such as an ambulance report. I submitted it. They refused to pay again because the ambulance report doesn't show that my son was received emergency treatment, and from the report they said he was not transported to hospital. They said it was an attendance fee only.

What should I do now? any one help please?
