Have you married yet? I don't know compared to Germany, but I am an American and I was just married in Austria. It was a very simple process. They just required paperwork proving my fiance and I weren't already married and our passports. Plan ahead as it can take time to obtain the required paperwork from your home state. Otherwise, it was simple & we had a fairy tale wedding!!!!!
