The Father of my wife has the Austrian citizenship, And he is a permanent residence in Vienna, I'd like to know if my wife can get the Austrian passport, and take the Austrian citizenship by descent, noting that her current nationality is Egyptian, And she is 31 years old.

I think she is to old do get it because of her father. She has to apply for a visa. Do she want to work there? Maybe it is better when she go first and than you. When you do not want to tell me everything you can watch here
