hi, guys! I am a registered nurse with bachelor's degree in US and moving to Vienna in August with my spouse. Does anyone know if there are any possibilities to get employed in a health care field? I am looking for a position either in acute care hospital setting or any project work in medical research. or just about anything in nursing. Look forward to hearing some answers.

I am in the same situation though I am coming from the UK. As far as I know you have to have your papers and qualifications check first with the NARIC as
your curriculum might differ from here in Europe. But I think it be ok. Then you have to have your license validated (this is my next step). Need to study German course so that you can work. I am still on the process of moving thus getting papers ready. There are loads of nursing homes and hospitals in Austria apparently we just need to learn the language. Hope this helps
