American Moving from Budapest to Vienna

Dear Readers,

I own apartments in Budapest, but would prefer to live in Vienna. So I planning to establish Austrian residency. The idea would be to create an Austrian holding company and funnel income from my properties to the holding company and then to me. Can any recommend a lawyer and accountant for such a project?:
