As I will have an opportunity to move to Graz, I'm trying to find out how much homeowners pay in taxes for their real estate annually.
I can't see reliable information on the net.
I saw 1-2% municipal tax (spread seems unreasonable).
Then, what is the base for this tax: market value, some assessed value?
Please give me an idea.
