For 15+ years of my career I have worked in the Caribbean. I had a territory covering all the English speaking Caribbean islands and Dominican Republic. There are too too many beautiful beaches to pick just one, but some of the prettiest sand is in Bermuda and some of the clearest water is in Cayman and some of the greatest for people-watching is in St. Maarten and some of the most unique sand was in St. Lucia and and and - there are just too too many. Today I live in Bahamas and there are some lovely beaches in Nassau . . . and from what I hear, many more beautiful beaches in The Family Islands.
