I'm going to be renting out our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in the Balmoral community, $4500 per month and can be discounted for longer term rental. It's a beautiful, safe and secure development that is located just near Cable Beach/Goodman's Bay. It takes about 20 minutes maximum drive (out of rush hour) to get almost anywhere on the island, downtown is 10 minutes, airport 12 minutes, Paradise island about 15 minutes.
