Hi,

I am looking to move from UK to Nassau in May this year. We are moving with a kid just under a year. My office is around Montague area and I want to live closer to office in a safe area.

Can you suggest how much should I budget for:

- two bed apartment
- utilities (electricity + water etc.)
- Internet & phone
- groceries
- insurance
- Fuel cost
- anything else that I have missed

I know some of the expenses are discretionary and depends on the lifestyle but will appreciate some guidance.

Also if someone can provide some guidance on cost of a second hand car that will be really helpful.
