Hi, I am considering spending half of the year on Eluethra, I am a practicing physician in the US, Does anyone have any info regarding setting up practice on the Island, how it works or if it is even possible.

An friend of mine did that full time on GBI some years ago.
He needed to provide for business license and part time free consultation. He stopped it because it turned out not profitable.
I think your best bet is to work with the existing health providers - community clinic(s) and start from there.
