We have a doc from S.A. working with us at Presbyterian Urgent Care in Albuquerque, NM.... he works full time, but has no responsibilities when he's off, makes about $125K a year, travels back to S.A., Hawaii, Bahamas, etc quite often with his family.... that is the alternative... work in a nice small city, safe, interesting Anasazi ruins to visit, many sports to pursue, mountains, some lakes, friendly people... no duties, no heavy taxes, no crime.... work and then vacation... living on a trailer-able sailboat is my ideal... relatively cheap and you'll never get "Island Fever"...
