Hi Gumby,
Ok, you have some options. Foodstore2go.com does home and boat delivery. That said, if you are starting at Atlantis, you can cab over to Fresh Market at Harbour Bay - lots of organic fruits and veg, and excellent quality meats. There is also a Super Value at the top of the hill Mackey Street (come off the PI bridge and continue straight for about 1/2 mile - same distance as Fresh Market). Their produce is less expensive, but their meats are lesser quality.
Unfortunately, I cannot comment on Eleuthera. Depending on where in Eleuthera you are going, there are small grocery stores, but nothing large. Depending on your itinerary/length of travel, you would be better to provision in Nassau.
If you are coming in July, depending on the weather we have between now and then, our Pear Avocados and mangos may be in season. In that case, you can go by the side of the road across from Arawak Cay in Nassau (cabs or bus 1 #10 or 12) and get them more reasonably than in the stores. :-)
Are you flying into Nassau and meeting your sailboat at Atlantis? If so, Super Value out by Cable Beach (on the way from the airport) is MUCH better than Super Value on Mackey Street, and you will go right by Arawak Cay and can ask your cab driver to stop at the fruit/veg stand across the road on your way to Atlantis as well.
Do you need liquor? Coming from the airport, the liquor store at the Caves gives 20% off if you purchase 12 bottles (mixed allowed) at a time. If you are not coming from the airport, I believe the liquor store in Harbour Bay (across from Fresh Market at Harbour Bay) is from the same group, offering the same discount.
Hope that helps!
Have fun!
