Could someone give me an actual number I might pay for an ocean front house worth @ $350K? "Skyrocketing" doesn't give me something for my budget. Maybe a ballpark number?
Thanks

Are you looking at homeowner's insurance or tenant insurance? Is the property a stand alone home or a townhouse or a apartment condo? Are you in a gated community? Are you paying for hurricane insurance? Are you on the water or further inland? How much would you value your contents at?

These are only some of the questions you would need to be able to answer in order to get any idea of cost. All these factors will affect the cost.

I suggest you contact an insurance company directly.

You should be able to find a few by googling Home Insurance Bahamas.
