Hi Natasha - I'm from Canada and currently living here in Nassau. I'll be returning sometime in the next few years. I'm happy to share information about Canada with you.

Thanks very much Jane I appreciate it.
Well I am now in the process of researching which provinces are the warmest? most foreigner friendly? have the most available men? have the most available jobs? I am from this very warm climate so although im not afraid of the cold i would like to gradually acclimate to it. just smarter i think. i also want to know which french/bilingual provinces are tourist friendly if you know this. im full of questions obviously because i have never travelled to canada and have never lived outside of my own country for extended periods of time so this is important to me. Are canadians welcoming of foreigners? Do the french speaking provinces embrace foreigners? if you have any input on any of these questions or if you can offer any additional information that would be helpful feel free to let me know.
Thanks Natasha Brown

Hi Jane
Thank you so much for this. I am still at the research stage of my decision so it's good to have an actual Canadian to correspond with about this.
Have you been here very long?
I have lived here all my life and Canada seems like a wonderful place to make a move from all appearances.
Some of the points of matter that I have been considering so far are the warmest climates and the areas where French is spoken since I have studied it and intend to develop it. I am also interested in knowing which cities are friendliest towards foreigners and which have the most available jobs in the banking/financial services area as I will likely be applying for work in this arena. I'm not limited to this arena it just makes sense to start at a point of reference where I have strengths. But I am open to suggestions of other arenas where it is easy to find employment on an immigrant visa. I hope that Canada has a rich arts and cultural life as well because I do enjoy the arts and culture.
I await any and all information that you are able to share with me and wish you the warmest regards.
Natasha

HI Jane
Hope you are doing well. I am now preparing to make application to Canada and I am wondering what you know about Vancouver living. I am looking for a climate similar to ours and a somewhere the locals are open to foreigners and not racist - I'm black.
Would you have any experience living in Vancouver or any of the other warm climates.
This is my first choice primarily because of the climate's similarity to here, as per the internet info I viewed, but I am open to your opinions on other places as well.
After this election I am ready now more than ever to relocate so feel free to respond ASAP.
Thanks Natasha
