Moving to Cable Beach and looking for info about the best service for a cell phone (is it still only one company as an option)?
Also will be make calls back to US, what's the least expensive program or way to do that?

Cell phone choices are BTC or Aliv. You can check out their web sites for info. However, for call to USA, I suggest you purchase a magic jack. Then, download the app to your cell phone. I make calls to USA all day for free and receive them on my US number. Win-win.
