We purchased our house in Wolvertem (near Brussels) in 2011. We renovated it and turned it into a cosy and practical home.

Thanks to a new opportunity we have to leave our home for a while. For a period of 6 to 12 months we are looking for people who will appreciate our home just as we do.

Large living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen (50m²), bathroom with bath and rain shower, garage and basement (45m²), the ramp offers 2 cars a parking spot, 160 m² living space, sunny garden south and south west orented)- no overlook in the garden, restaurants - shops and public transport are in the near vicinity. The house is rented furnished (€1500/month) or unfurnished (€1200/month). Excellent condition, EPcenergy consumption: 541 kWh/m2 .
