Advice re setting up as an independent company in Belgium

I’m looking for help regarding setting myself up as an independent company so that I can invoice another company for my time.
How is it done in Belgium and what is the best way to go about it.
Also, what determines where I pay my tax?
I’ll be delivering services in Belgium, billing a company in the UK and possibly living in another EU country.
