Looking to establish healthcare facility outpatient and possibly eventually so inpatient/ acute care health facility . Do you think expat community would rely and adapt as their primary healthcare source father than going to Mexico or returning to the states

Unfortunately you are highly unlikely to get a licence to practice, many have tried and failed. Its political, just like all the stupid rules and regulations , said very much tongue in cheek.

Under the new policy from an organization called Beltraide medical tourism is welcomed by the government of Belize. There is the Placencia airport that needs a medical facility nearby that meets international standards and yes you would get a nice market from the areas Expas especially if they don't travel to Belize city.
