I hope you have not done business already. Do NOT trust this man. He has a history of uprooting lives for his own greed. Son of a bitch owes me and others tens of thousands for work not done. He is a liar, a thief and a con man. He has many bad hombres and will make your life hell if he doesnt get what he wants from you. STAY AWAY! Pass on the message. All real estate can be bought through other agents. Good luck.
