My wife and I would like to find some water front property to buy or build a place to retire to for the winters and rent out when not there. A couple of books I've just read by Kathleen Peddicord-Wiley suggested I reach out to the expat community. I'm a business owner that can work from anywhere so also curious about connecting with reliable tax attorney to ask questions. Would love help if someone is interested in assisting me. Sincerely,

That would be great BelizeLenny. I'd like to travel down there and start doing some reconnaissance. Any particular time of the year that is ideal? Any other resources for property available that you'd suggest? I obviously have a great number of questions as I'm sure you can imagine. Any A-Z guide that exists from someone like yourself that has been there that long?
