CPC in Hopkins ask for Mike Young, but also do your own exploring on what is available in order to know the pricing , real estate is notoriously overpriced in most cases

Some are others think k they have the only good around, but evaluate your self and set your own limits. Properties are only worth what others will pay.

In my opinion bullet tree is a little bit too close to the border get yourself some large dogs and fenced yard as intimidation. too much poverty across the border so u put yourself at risk that is just my opinion. Mullins river avoid buying into development known as dreamscapes highly suspect as being a scam program do your due diligence.
