I lived and bought in Bermuda for two years.
Bermuda is full of Canadian accountants. Make sure you have lots of info about your job. It needs to be secure and you need a work permit before you arrive.
Bermuda is an extremely expensive place to live and sometimes living on one salary there is tough.
Go and visit first. Just remember that the way that you are treated as a visitor is very far from the way that you will be treated as an expat living there. There are lots of challenges and a thick is required.
