My husband may have the opprontunity to move to Bermuda for work. I have been reading that you can not move there with 3 kids. Is this correct?

Where did you hear that?
You will need to research the school system. are your children going to go to the public schools or the private ones.
I taught in the public school system there. It is a world away from the Canadian system from the cultural standpoint.
Make sure you do lots of research. Visit some schools.
Will you be working too?
Bermuda is an extremely expensive country.
