US entry and Accommodation in Bermuda

Hi, I have a job starting on 1 March in Bermuda, and I am flying to New York first. The company has already submit my UK (British Overseas National) passport for the work permit in Bermuda. But do I need to get a separate US access paper work when arriving USA?

I am also looking to start a single or shared lease from 1 April, any tips / advice / recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Check with the Bermuda department of Immigration about U.S.
paperwork. I believe you are o.k. with U.K. papers if you are British. you can fly on a British passport form the U.S.

In terms of a lease, log on to Emoo Bermuda.com to either view or post apartments and apartment shares. You can also get the island's paper, The Royal Gazette on line which will give you access to the classifieds. Expect to pay $2000/month for a one bedroom, for a share $3200. It is extremely expensive to live here. Also, make arrangements with your bank in your home country for wire transfers of money.
