Hi... Currently I am in the process to collect all the information necessary for a foreigner to make a legal Bollivian Driver's license. There are quite some Sites on the Internet covering that topic, however it is still not clear to me. I have the following questions and hope someone can answer me those.

1.) I am a German citizen and will be arriving on a simple tourist stamp( no visa necessary) into my passport. From what I have been reading, it seems ok to get you started , right?

2.) I am not talking about an international driver's license but a fully legal Bolivian one that I can use overseas as well? I actually have a valid German driver's license but only valid for small trucks and cars. I like to pursue a motorbike license. Is that possible? Hope someone has the right answers for me... Tobias
