Hi
I am from upstate NY, I would like to open a small business
in Rio, maybe a restaurant or pizza parlor or tourist agency.
If any of you out there know where to start , who to contact
or business for sale please let me know.

I already own a condo in Rio, and have CPF. I speak fairly Portuguese. and I understand about the investment visa
with $50,000 .
