(i) family reunion (Normative Resolution 108 of the National Immigration Council);
(ii) pension transfer (Normative Resolutions 45 and 95 of the National Immigration Council);
(iii) foreign investors (Normative Resolution 118 of the National Immigration Council).
(iv) administrator, manager, director or executive with management powers (Normative Resolution 62 of National Immigration Council)
(v) director, manager or administrator of a legal and non-profit entity of private law (Normative Resolution 70 of National Immigration Council)

Can you tell me more about the permanent residency? My family has a family business in the US for the past 4 years and would like to move to Brazil permanently. My husband is ill and cannot be leaving the country or moving around every 6 months. What is required of us to establish a business in Brazil and be able to reside there?
