Hi All, My family and I are possibly moving to Fortalaza at the end of the year. I would very much appriciate it if some one could advise me of the following: Which are the safe neighbourhoods? Are there any appartement buildings with 'clubs' attached with great play places for kids? I can find reference for Maple Bear school in Fortalaza, does anyone have experience of this school here? Also will need to learn Portuguese, does anyone have any info of suitable schools for adults?
Many thanks in anticipation
Arna

Hi there! Please email and I can give you a lot of information on the city. I have lived here since 2004, married to a Brazilian lady and running two businesses. I know a number of expats here and can get you first hand information on almost anything. Google Fortaleza Adventure! Then get in touch with the contact page. I would enjoy talking to you about my city.

I would love to visit Fortaleza. I live in America. But your advertisements on your website clearly appeals to white Europeans. Your advertisements appear to be racist and not inviting to those of African descent. Change the attitude that your advertisements. That may help to increase your traffic flow.

Hi there! My official answer to your remarks about favoritism at Fortaleza Adventure is that you are not in any way correct. My service has had non-white clients as well as other Brazilian clients. There is NO truth in your remark and I resent it! It is you who have the distorted view of the world and if I weren't more politically correct I would just say, try removing that rather large chip from your shoulder. Andy Neill Fortaleza, Brazil

Well said, Andy Neil, The attitude of that person is dispicable. We all have likes and dislikes in life, but some folks take it to the edge of "Sick". There is a lot of tht attitude in the states, and no government owes anyone a living. Get off your lazy bum and go to work. billhasty

I came on to this website asking what I thought was going to be a few innocent questions from people who had been in a similar situation to me and who could answer me to assist with my possible impending move. Nievely, I did not expect that I would be accosted by a business or start a race war.

Bill. " get off your lazy bum and go to work" is a racist statement. To imply that I am lazy because I am black is a racist assumption that black people are lazy. I own my own business, in case you want to know. And I come from a wealthy family. Have a nice weekend. Lastly, my comment was not directed towards you. I mearly stated to Andy that his video on his website appeared to only target those of a lighter hue. It is obvious that the video was made. Y a white male. If you watch the video yourself you would agree with me.

Hi there! You really do have a rather large chip on your shoulder...bill did not in any way infer anything having to do with you being of a different color...maybe HE'S black...you don't know! And there are NO videos on my site...still photos yes, but not videos...as of now anyway...maybe in the future. There was never any intention of a negative view about people of color when the page was created...you are taking it that way and that is entirely your opinion...and only yours. It's like saying someone with an eye patch dislikes anyone with both eyes because they think that's a negative comment about them. I have made my last comment on this matter.
