Seems relatively expensive, you will find better prices if you go there first, just staying a few days on an hotel can save quite a lot of bucks.

Sao Paulo Flat is good for periods between 1 and 6 months. Looking for less go to airbnb, for more check quinto andar or viva real.

In terms of price Sao Paulo Flat is the same as other agencies, but it might be a bit cheaper on monthly (www.monthly.com.br.)
