I am new to Salvador and want to find a house or apt outside of the city within 10 to 20 minutes ride.

Something between 900 and 2000 reals per month.
Please help me?
My languague is poor. American from Ca. who want to stay in Salvador.

Why, in heaven's name would you want to live ANYWHERE in (crime infested) Salvador metro, spending that amount of money for monthly rent? Whatever, its your money to spend, your way, I suppose. Just curious. Good luck with your search.

Hi there!
Try going to a place called IMOBILIARIA para aluguel.
Its a place to find and rent apts, houses, etc.
Butm take someone that speaks Portuguese with you, just to make sure your contract wont be a trap.
Just be careful, cos Bahia is a little dangerous.
Why dont you go to Florianopolis, its cheaper and much better!
