Hi there,
My family will be relocating to Sao Paulo sometime in the first part of 2017. We have 2 boys aged 5 and 8.
Seeking advise on areas to live. I have noticed that house rentals are rare! Is this correct ?

Luc, I always worked in Sao Paulo but rented and after acquired a house in Jundiai (30 min. from Sao Paulo). Jundiai has one of the highest Human Development Index (HDI) in the country and a good American and German schools around. That was the best option for my daughter to breath a fresh air (different from Sao Paulo) and we enjoyed the best of Brazil. My house is in a closed community and is closed now as we moved to Dubai. I can send you pictures if you want.

São Paulo is a big city with diferents good places to live. You should live near your office. I was born in São Paulo and if you need help, please write me. Neighborhoods as Vila Olimpia, Vila mariana, pinheiros, itaim bibi, jardins, are good to live
